    Podrían ponerse a hervir junto a las lentejas, pero soy muy maniática con los huevos, y no me gusta que la cáscara esté en contacto con otros productos.
  3. Mientras hierven ambas cosas, lavar los tomates y cortar en brunoise.
  4. Pelar la cebolla y cortar en brunoise muy finamente.
  5. Escurrir el atún y desmigar, mezclando con el tomate y la cebolla.
  6. Cortar a trocitos el queso y las aceitunas, y añadir a la mezcla anterior.
  7. Sólo queda mezclar todo, aliñar con sal, aceite y una pizca de orégano, y servir bien fresca.

  9. NOTA: 25 minutos es el tiempo total de preparación, pero he hervido las lentejas y huevos a primera hora de la mañana, y lo he puesto en la nevera a refrescar junto al resto de ingredientes, hasta la hora de preparación.
