- Poner a hervir las espinacas. Con 5 minutos basta. Las dejamos en un colador para que pierdan el agua.

- En una sartén, cortamos la cebolla pequeña y la pochamos con aceite. Cuando esté blandita y dorada, añadimos los piñones y las pasas. Dejamos freír un minuto mientras removemos (para que no se quemen!). Añadimos un poco de sal. Ponemos las espinacas y el tomate frito y lo dejamos todo a fuego bajo durante 3-4 minutos. Removemos de vez en cuando.
- Añadimos unos 50 g de queso para que se funda y nos ayude a ligar el relleno un poco más. Hay que remover hasta que se funda.
- En un recipiente para horno, ponemos debajo un poco de aceite para que no se pegue la pasta.
- Empezamos a montar la lasaña. En el recipiente que yo utilizo, necesito en cada capa de pasta 1 lámina y media. Montamos la primera capa de pasta. Ponemos las espinacas y cubrimos con pasta. (Si utilizamos la pasta lasaña fácil no puede quedar pasta sin cubrir porque en el horno quedaría seca). Vamos montando las capas hasta acabar con una de pasta.
- Ponemos todo el queso que queda por encima y lo metemos en el horno a 200°C para cocer y gratinar unos 15-20 minutos (este paso también depende de la pasta que usemos).
