  6. Pasados los 60’, Sacamos del horno y pasamos la salsa a una cacerola a fuego fuerte (4 de 6) para que se vaya reduciendo.
  7. La carne la pasamos a un plato y fileteamos e incorporamos también a la cacerola.
  8. Dejamos todo junto unos 5’ mezclando y servimos caliente añadiendo perejil picado por encima.
