- Se añade el jamón y tocineta cortada en pedacitos, el queso rallado y se mezcla todo bien con el resto de las papas cortadas. Se coloca unas cucharadas de la nata y huevos en las papas del molde. El resto se mezcla muy bien con el jamón, tocineta y queso. Se vierte en el molde y se alisa con una cuchara.
- Se introduce en un horno precalentado a 190ºC. Yo lo tapé con papel de aluminio los primeros minutos. Se hornea alrededor de 50 minutos. Depende de el horno de cada uno. Los últimos minutos se le quita el papel de aluminio. Se pincha con un palillo para ver si las papas están cocinadas. Se saca del horno y se da vuelta con cuidado en el plato que lo van a servir. Le quitan el papel. Lo pueden servir con una ensalada.
