El otro día hice un bracito de nata y yema quemada y con las sobras de los productos para hacerlo se obtienen los ingredientes para esta tarta. Así que con los ingredientes se hacen dos diferentes sin tirar nada: claras, nata, azúcar y frutos del bosque.

- Rellenamos con nata y decoramos con la mermelada. Y si tenemos almendras laminadas siempre podemos tostar algunas y ponerlas también.
