- Agregamos los muslitos. Tapamos. Cocemos 10 minutos. Damos la vuelta a los muslitos otros 10 minutos.
- Mientras pelamos la patata y cortamos en dados y freímos.
- Cuando a los muslitos le queden 2 o 3 minutos añadimos las patatas. Si veis que está muy líquido sacamos los muslitos y reducimos la salsa y luego los volvemos a poner. Si está muy espesa añadimos un poco más de fondo.
