  5. Picar el ajo y los tomates y añadir a la sartén. Pochar otros 5 minutos
  6. Desmenuzar el pescado de sobra. Si no lo tuvierais puedes asar a la plancha el que quieras y desmenuzar lo (sardina, salmonete, pescadilla,...)
  7. Mezclar el pescado con las verduras pochadas
  8. Echar un chorrito al cuscús cocido y romperlo un poco para que esté más suelto. Rectificar de sal
  9. Poner en la base el cuscús y sobre él el pescado con verduras. Decorar con perejil picado. Buen provecho
