- Volver a poner al fuego con el zumo de limón, pimienta negra recién molida y perejil fresco picado. Dejar 2-3 minutos y reservar
- Cocer los spaghetti según indicaciones del fabricante en agua con sal. Escurrir y reservar 1/2 vaso del agua de cocción
- Salpimentar las vieiras y hacerlas en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra 2 minutos por cada lado. Sacar y reservar
- En el mismo aceite donde hemos hecho las vieiras poner los spaghetti con el agua de cocción y la salsa reservada. Dejar que espese
- Emplatar los spaghetti, poner encima las vieiras y añadir un poco más de perejil fresco picado
